255 Bell Avenue is located in the heart of Winnipeg’s beloved cultural hotspot, Osborne Village. “The Village” is bordered by Wellington Crescent to the west, River Avenue and the Assiniboine River to the north, Donald Street to the east, and Corydon Avenue to the south.
